Managing your ArtRabbit emails and notifications

ArtRabbit sends a few different types of email. You can control most of them separately each of them separately, depending on what you want to receive. 

1. Newsletters


These include our weekly city newsletters and editorial announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time using the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter.

2. Account emails


These are automated emails needed to run your ArtRabbit account, including things like account verification, password resets, newsletter preference links and venue claim updates. Because these emails are essential to your account, you cannot unsubscribe from them individually. 

If you no longer want to receive account emails from ArtRabbit, you’ll need to delete your account.

3. Notifications

These include updates about exhibitions and events from galleries, museums and artists you follow, as well as reminders about your own listings.

You can turn these notifications on or off at any time in your Account Preferences: https://www.artrabbit.com/my-account/preferences

4. Product, feature and other marketing emails


From time to time, we may send emails about new features, product updates, offers, partnerships or information relevant to professional users.

You’ll be able to unsubscribe from these separately, without affecting your newsletter subscription or essential account emails.

We keep these emails occasional and useful, but you’re always in control of whether you receive them.
