ArtRabbit sends a few different types of emails, and you can manage each of them separately:

1. Newsletters
If you no longer want to receive the ArtRabbit newsletter, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter email. This will automatically remove you from our newsletter mailing list.

2. Notifications from followed galleries, museums, and artists
If you receive email notifications about exhibitions or updates from galleries, museums, or artists you follow on ArtRabbit, you can control these in your account settings.
Visit your Account Preferences page to update your notification settings:

3. Essential service and professional updates
From time to time (usually around 5 emails per year), we send important service-related emails, such as privacy updates, new features, or information relevant to professional users. These emails are considered essential for using the service and cannot be unsubscribed from individually.

If you do not wish to receive these emails, you will need to delete your ArtRabbit account. If this is what you’d like to do, please confirm and we’ll take care of it for you.
