I didn't receive a verification email

If you can't find this email, check your junk mail folder or your 'Social' emails if you use a Gmail account. 

If your account is unverified, you'll see a notification pop-up on any of your account and profile pages. You'll also see it if you visit your public profile or settings. Click the link in the notification to resend the confirmation email.
