How do I relate an organisation to my event?
When adding your event to the website you will be guided through a few pages where you will need to enter information about the event such as name, dates, description and opening times.
On the third page of this process, under 'Images and extra information', you have an opportunity to relate organisations to the event you are adding.
Have you been sponsored or supported by somebody? Has a different organisation helped to organise your event? This is the place to add this information!
Simply scroll down to 'Organisations' and type in the name of the organisation that you would like to relate your event to. You will also be able to select how the event is related to the organisation.
Please note that the organisation that you would like to relate your event to must already be on ArtRabbit. If it isn't on the site, you will see a message suggesting that you add the organisation first, and then add your event afterwards.That way, they can be properly related.
